Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking a Compliance Advisor to join our security and compliance team on a remote basis with travel up to 10% within the United States.

You will serve as a subject matter expert on security procedures, lead audits (SOC 1/2, NIST 800-53), oversee access controls, and drive security training and education programs with a focus on HIPAA environments. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IT or related field.
• HIPAA environment experience preferred.
• Experience with security regulations and controls.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert on security procedures and audits.
• Respond to SOC 1, SOC 2 and NIST 800-53 audits.
• Oversee access controls and identity reviews.
• Develop and implement security procedures; lead education programs.
• Coordinate security compliance with client, government and company policies.
