Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking an Information Security Officer (ISO) for a remote role, focusing on governance, remediation, and secure operational delivery. You will lead audits, coordinate security metrics, and manage incidents from start to finish.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in risk, audit or security delivery, with strong knowledge of HIPAA, NIST, MARS-E/ARC-AMPE and FedRAMP, plus excellent communication in diverse, virtual teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in risk management, audit, security, or technical delivery (10+ years).
• Familiarity with security regulations and audit programs with remediation leadership.
• Deep knowledge of HIPAA, NIST, FedRAMP and related standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead security governance activities and remediation efforts.
• Manage security incidents, audit prep, and compliance reporting.
• Collaborate with suppliers and client on security deliverables.
• Develop and maintain an account security plan for assigned accounts.
