Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in professional IT services, cybersecurity, technology risk, or related consulting.
• Experience with healthcare or highly regulated environments preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, risk management, cybersecurity, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support security and compliance consulting for healthcare environments (cloud, hybrid, on-prem); follow applicable frameworks.
• Manage tasks to meet delivery timelines and quality standards; flag issues early.
• Assist client SME interviews, workshops, and status meetings; co-facilitate sessions.
• Develop system security policies, data privacy analyses, and contingency plans as applicable.
• Support risk assessments, gap analyses, and policy/procedure development for engagement.
• Collect and map client information to requirements; identify compliance and risk implications.
• Prepare and quality-check client deliverables and evidence matrices.
• Review technical configurations related to cloud, IAM, MFA, monitoring, and vulnerability management.
• Assist with business continuity, disaster recovery, and vendor risk engagements.
• Translate technical findings into clear recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences.
