The Hello Team is seeking a Remote Senior Cybersecurity & Compliance Consultant to help clients strengthen security programs aligned with HIPAA, NIST, and SOC 2.

In this full-time role, you will lead engagements, perform assessments, and guide remediation efforts, while communicating complex requirements to executives and IT teams. This position offers remote work for US-based clients and a long-term career path.

Qualifications

• Proficient English communication, written and spoken.
• Ability to translate complex security requirements into actionable guidance.
• Experience in healthcare or regulated industries a must.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity and compliance engagements for clients.
• Conduct assessments and document security postures.
• Develop remediation plans and security policies.
• Deliver reports and security awareness training.
• Lead client meetings and explain compliance obligations.
• Support ongoing security initiatives and vCISO engagements.
• Communicate with executives and IT teams clearly.
