McGraw Hill is seeking a Sales Representative for the Higher Education team to drive digital usage of Connect, ALEKS and SimNet across Canadian institutions. This remote role supports Ontario educational partners and may require occasional travel within Northern Ontario.

You will work with cross-functional teams to analyze customer needs, deliver consultative digital solutions, and contribute to revenue growth.

Qualifikationen

• Post-secondary degree/diploma in Business or related field is required.
• Superior interpersonal, organization and communication skills (written and oral).
• Demonstrated passion for technology-enabled educational solutions.
• 1+ year sales experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to adapt and excel in a changing Higher Education landscape.
• Microsoft Office Applications proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Aufgaben

• Create customer value and grow revenue by analyzing customer needs and recommending digital solutions.
• Contribute to field reports and forecasting information to Manager and Higher Educations Division.
• Identify product and service development opportunities with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop a systematic calling plan and maintain a CRM database.
• Provide consultative conversations, driving solution-based selling within digital sales.
