Job summary

CEG Solutions seeks a Higher Education Business Development Executive to lead regional sales growth across public and private higher education accounts. You will develop strategic plans, qualify opportunities using a Solution Sales approach, and coordinate internal resources to drive win rates.

You will serve as the client interface for projects, negotiate contracts, and build a partner ecosystem across government and campus engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of complex sales and/or business development in higher education.
• Proven ability to build internal and external partnership ecosystems.
• Consultative sales experience across multi-state territories.
• Minimum 5 years ROI-based financial transactions related to energy or facility programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, own, and execute a regional sales growth plan in the higher education market.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and contract negotiations on behalf of the organization.
• Identify partners and technical needs across government executives to building staff.
• Coordinate internal engineering resources for site audits, ROI analyses, and cost-savings calculations.
• Represent CEG at industry conferences and drive awareness of energy modernization benefits.
