Job summary

Circana is seeking a highly skilled, consultative, high-volume recruiter to source and attract talent across the United States. This individual contributor role does not manage others and requires deep knowledge of the sourcing, screening, interviewing, and the hiring process.

You will collaborate with field managers, HR partners, and recruiting teams to meet hiring goals, develop sourcing strategies, maintain data integrity in the ATS, and drive continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in talent acquisition, focusing on high-volume recruiting.
• Ability to build strong relationships with candidates, HR partners, and managers.
• Excellent project management, timelines, and progress communication.
• Curiosity about business functions and ability to thrive in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with field managers to understand hiring needs and set expectations.
• Develop and execute sourcing/recruitment strategies to fill key roles.
• Use traditional and advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search.
• Create innovative sourcing strategies with team members.
• Lead recruiting discussions with field managers and HR.
• Develop effective interview and sourcing plans.
• Maintain data integrity and keep ATS updated.
• Lead or participate in projects that improve business processes.
