You will collaborate with field managers and HR to understand hiring needs, develop recruiting strategies, and lead discussions to fill key positions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in talent acquisition, focused on high-volume recruiting.
• Ability to build strong relationships with candidates, HR, and field managers.
• Excellent project management, timelines, and progress communication.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with field managers to understand hiring needs and set expectations.
• Develop recruiting strategies to fill key positions.
• Use traditional and advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search.
• Collaborate to create innovative sourcing and recruitment plans.
• Lead recruiting discussions with field managers and HR.

• Maintain data integrity in the ATS.
• Participate in projects to improve business processes.
