Job summary

Cielo is seeking a High Volume Recruiter to manage large-scale recruitment processes. The role is a fully remote, long-term LTE position based in the United States, with a focus on delivering exceptional talent and maintaining proactive communication with hiring leaders.

As a Cielo Recruiter, you will act as a brand ambassador, drive recruitment strategies, and partner with managers to determine offers using market data and compensation guidelines. Must be based in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in high-volume recruitment is required.
• Experience in corporate, RPO or agency recruiting settings is desirable.
• Familiarity with ATS and social media recruitment tools is required.
• Knowledge of HR principles, practices and metrics related to talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications and provide market data.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.
• Evaluate candidate profiles and build strong pipelines.
• Keep candidates engaged with timely updates throughout the process.
• Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details using market data and compensation guidelines.
