Job summary

AQUARIUS in the United States is seeking a Recruiter to handle high-volume recruiting for light industrial/warehouse roles, partnering with the Sr Manager, Talent Acquisition to streamline requisitions, postings, social media initiatives, and best practices.

You will build a strong candidate pipeline, manage the full lifecycle, and contribute to diversity initiatives and college recruiting while delivering a positive candidate experience and timely updates to hiring managers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Talent Acquisition or recruiting roles.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in HR, business, or related field.
• Experience building sourcing strategies to target top candidates.
• Familiarity with DEI initiatives and inclusive hiring practices.
• Strong communication and candidate experience skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment lifecycle for exempt and non-exempt roles.
• Source, screen, interview, and close top candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to review requisitions and postings.
• Develop pipelines for current and future openings.
• Represent the company at career fairs and college events.
• Drive positive candidate experience and provide status updates.
