Job summary

Randstad is seeking a High Volume Recruiter for a 100% remote contract-to-hire role operating in EST hours. You will manage full-cycle recruitment, proactively sourcing candidates for high-volume healthcare roles, and partnering with hiring managers to accelerate time-to-fill.

You’ll use Paylocity ATS, ensure data accuracy, and leverage direct-sourcing to engage passive talent. This position requires 3+ years in high-volume recruiting and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing high-volume, full-cycle recruiting in healthcare or similar space.
• Strong sourcing ability and success filling niche roles.
• Hands-on with Paylocity ATS and high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and ability to work remotely on EST schedule.
• Healthcare recruiting experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Drive full-cycle recruiting from outreach through offer acceptance.
• Source candidates for high-volume roles including RTs and Nurses.
• Maintain data accuracy and candidate tracking in Paylocity ATS.
• Partner with hiring managers to streamline workflows and time-to-fill.
• Use direct-sourcing tactics to engage passive candidates.
