The role entails managing high-volume temporary staffing recruitment across New Castle, DE and Jersey City, NJ, with a focus on building pipelines, responding quickly to hiring needs, and guiding candidates through sourcing, screening, and placement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or related high-volume hiring experience.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions and candidates simultaneously.
• Sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates throughout the lifecycle.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to adjust priorities quickly.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely while staying connected to teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume needs from sourcing to start.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies based on volume and market conditions.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for fluctuating demand.
• Source candidates via job boards, databases, referrals, social media, and other channels.
• Conduct virtual and in-person interviews and assessments as needed.
• Partner with internal leaders and clients to understand hiring needs and priorities.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, pre-employment steps, onboarding, and start readiness.
• Maintain consistent candidate communication and a positive experience.
