Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a driven Recruiter to support our Strategic National division. This remote role services New Castle, DE and Jersey City, NJ, focusing on high-volume temporary staffing and end-to-end recruitment. You will build pipelines, respond quickly to hiring needs, and drive sourcing from multiple channels to ensure timely placements.

The position emphasizes a fast-paced environment, urgency, ownership, and strong candidate engagement. Travel is approx.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition experience in high-volume hiring.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions and candidates simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to source, screen, assess, and engage candidates throughout the lifecycle.
• Strong sense of urgency with the ability to adapt priorities.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and candidate management skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely while staying connected to teams.
• Ability to meet defined recruiting activity, placement, and production goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume temporary staffing needs across client locations.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies based on hiring volume and market conditions.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines to support fluctuating workforce demands.
• Source candidates through job boards, databases, referrals, social media, and other channels.
• Conduct interviews and assessments virtually and in-person when needed.
• Collaborate with account leadership and client stakeholders on hiring needs and timelines.
• Coordinate candidate activity through interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Maintain candidate communications and positive candidate experience through onboarding.
• Track recruitment metrics and documentation in internal systems.
• Participate in on-site hiring events and job fairs for high-volume hiring.
