Job summary

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Recruiter to join our Industrial Division in Orange, CA. This full-time, hybrid role focuses on full-cycle recruitment for light industrial and manufacturing roles across key client accounts.

You will source, screen, and place talent while building relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and internal teams. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Sense of urgency and multi-tasking.
• Flexible, hardworking, humble and open to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Recruit across a wide range of positions.
• Create sourcing strategies tailored to each requisition.
• Conduct candidate interviews in-person or via RingCentral.
• Maintain weekly KPIs: 20 interviews, 20 presents, 7+ starts, 5 Where Have You Beens.
• Generate at least $30,000 in gross profit per month.
