Job summary

Korn Ferry is seeking a high-volume Contract Recruiter to support an automotive services client on a remote, 4-5+ month engagement. You will drive multi-channel sourcing, screen and assess candidates, and present shortlists to the client with a focus on speed and quality.

You will leverage ATS, execute strategic sourcing, and maintain strong candidate and client relationships throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Experience with high-volume recruiting (25-35+ reqs).
• 3+ years of full cycle recruitment experience.
• 3+ years of client facing experience with Hiring Managers.
• 3+ years of competency/behavioral based interviews.
• 3+ years of ATS experience.
• 3+ years of sourcing using market mapping and Boolean searches.
• High School Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute multi-channel sourcing strategy.
• Manage client relationships with timely, professional interactions.
• Identify improvements in recruitment processes and strategies.
• Conduct role briefings with client and set expectations.
