AutoNation Inc. is seeking a high-volume recruiter to support frontline and operational hiring across multiple locations.

This remote, six-month contract role demands hands-on, full-cycle recruiting experience and the ability to manage a large workload with multiple hiring managers. You will source candidates via job boards, referrals, social networks, and outreach, coordinate interviews, and drive offers and pre-employment steps.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• High-volume recruiting experience preferred.
• Experience in retail/automotive/sales/hospitality environments preferred.
• Ability to manage a large requisition workload with multiple hiring managers.
• Strong sourcing, outreach, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems; Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of open requisitions across multiple locations and hiring managers.
• Own the full recruiting lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and pre-employment follow-up.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and provide updates.
• Proactively identify aging or stalled requisitions and improve candidate flow.
• Source candidates via job boards, outreach, referrals, social media, networking.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the ATS.
• Communicate with candidates with urgency and follow-up through process.
• Monitor pipeline, interviews, offers, hires, aging, and time-to-fill.
• Identify hiring barriers and work with leadership to resolve them.
• Ensure postings comply with policies and employment laws, including pay transparency.
