Job summary

Bsdbusinessconsulting is seeking experienced High Volume Onboarding Specialists to support professional customers through initial setup and adoption of a software platform. You will act as the primary contact during the onboarding and post-purchase phase, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

The role requires 3+ years in onboarding, software implementation, or related fields, and a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field preferred.
• Experience with software setup, implementation, or installation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide new customers through onboarding from initial setup to successful adoption.
• Assist customers with software installation, configuration, and account creation.
• Support collection and upload of required account documentation.
• Assist with migrating data from previous software platforms.
• Provide clear instructions, resources, and documentation throughout onboarding.
• Serve as primary contact during initial post-purchase phase.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and web-based support tools.
• Troubleshoot onboarding/setup issues and coordinate escalations as needed.
• Manage multiple onboarding cases in a high-volume environment.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, progress, and requirements.
• Deliver a positive experience to support adoption and retention.
