DEPCOM Power, Inc. is seeking a High Voltage Project Manager to join our Project Delivery team in the Midwest portfolio.

You will lead HV substation and interconnection projects for utility-scale renewable energy developments, coordinating EPC contractors and reviewing engineering deliverables from engineering through commissioning. The ideal candidate has an Electrical Engineering background with HV design, construction, and contractor performance experience.

Formación

• Experience managing HV substation, transmission, interconnection, or utility infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of HV design, construction practices, protections and control systems.
• Experience coordinating EPC contractors, engineering consultants, and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the execution of HV substation and interconnection projects from engineering through commissioning and closeout.
• Drive project performance by managing scope, schedule, budget, risk, and key deliverables.
• Manage and influence EPC contractors, engineering consultants, utilities, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
• Lead technical reviews of substation packages, protection/control designs, equipment specs, and drawings for quality and constructability.
• Review HV design documentation, studies, and deliverables throughout the lifecycle.
• Champion safe execution by adhering to standards and electrical codes.
• Monitor contractor performance, resolve issues, and ensure contractual/technical compliance.
