DEPCOM Power, a Koch company, seeks a High Voltage Project Manager to lead HV substation and interconnection projects in the Midwest portfolio. You will drive execution from engineering through commissioning, coordinating with EPC contractors and engineering teams. The ideal candidate has an electrical engineering background and proven ability to influence stakeholders, manage risk, and deliver on schedule and budget.

The role supports remote work within the U.S. and requires travel about 50%.

Qualifications

• HV substation, transmission, interconnection, or utility infra projects.
• Interpret HV engineering drawings, specs, studies and deliverables.
• Knowledge of substation design, protection and control systems.
• Experience managing EPC contractors and cross-functional teams.
• Familiar with NESC, NEC, IEEE, and ANSI standards.
• Valid driver's license.
• US work authorization without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsabilités

• Lead HV substation and interconnection projects from engineering through commissioning.
• Drive project performance by managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk plans.
• Manage EPC contractors, engineering consultants, utilities, and vendors.
• Lead reviews of substation packages, protection and control designs, drawings.
• Review HV design docs and studies throughout the lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and electrical codes.
• Monitor performance, resolve issues, and ensure contractual adherence.
• Conduct site visits and assess progress to mitigate risks.
• Support procurement for major HV equipment and materials.
• Communicate status and recommendations to senior leadership.
