Three Sixty Wellness is seeking an experienced High-Ticket Appointment Setter to convert warm inbound leads into qualified, attended sales appointments. This remote, United States-based role focuses on women’s health and fitness coaching, handling DM conversations and guiding prospects toward consultations with the sales team.

We require 1+ year in appointment setting for high-ticket offers, exceptional written and verbal English, and the ability to manage high volumes of inbound inquiries.

Qualifikationen

• Based in the US with strong written and verbal English communication.
• Experience setting appointments for high-ticket offers ($3,000+).
• Proven ability to manage high volumes of inbound conversations in DMs.

Aufgaben

• Manage inbound Instagram and Facebook DM conversations from paid and organic marketing.
• Engage new followers and warm prospects in the messaging funnel.
• Take ownership of reactivated conversations and qualify leads for consultations.
• Build rapport, uncover goals, and identify motivation to change.
• Ask strategic questions to assess readiness and fit for high-ticket programs.
• Guide qualified prospects toward scheduling a consultation with the sales team.
• Maintain CRM records and coordinate with sales to improve show rates and lead quality.
• Track daily activity and performance metrics; follow up consistently.
