The WFS Group is seeking highly motivated setters for a fully remote sales role. You'll generate qualified appointments from warm leads for high ticket offers ranging from $7k to $15k+, navigating high volume outbound calls in a competitive environment.

Successful candidates will enjoy a performance-driven culture with base pay and uncapped commissions, aiming for on-target earnings of $55K to $70K+. The position requires strong communication skills and a proactive approach to sales.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of SDR, setter, or phone sales experience in the high ticket space.
• Strong communication skills with confidence in objection handling.
• Ability to work independently while being accountable remotely.

Responsibilities

• Make high volume outbound calls to warm leads.
• Qualify prospects and identify buying intent.
• Set appointments for closers.
• Utilize CRM systems to track sales activity.
• Attend daily sales meetings and coaching sessions.
