ELVTR is seeking an Appointment Setter to reconnect warm leads who missed initial consultations and rebook with our Sales Representatives. You will follow up via calls and messages to maximize show-up rates and maintain accurate CRM records.

The role offers a remote-first culture and growth into a Sales Representative path. Ideal candidates have outbound calling experience, excellent English, and a proactive, reliable approach with a results-driven mindset.

Formación

• Previous experience as an Appointment Setter, SDR, or in a similar outbound calling role.
• Excellent proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• An active, proactive approach: you don’t wait for things to happen.
• Strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
• Comfort working with modern sales tools and CRM platforms.
• Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Call warm leads who missed their initial consultation and re-engage them.
• Schedule (and reschedule) sales consultations with High Ticket Sales Representatives.
• Follow up persistently and professionally through calls and messages to reach every lead.
• Confirm booked appointments and maintain CRM records.
