Macmillan Learning is seeking a High School Customer Experience Associate to partner with teachers, administrators, and technical contacts for onboarding through renewal.

This role blends customer success, training, and account analytics, requiring relationship-building, problem-solving, and proactive communication to keep customers confident and successful in a fast-paced edtech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or related field.
• 2+ years in customer support, account management, or related role.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce) and maintaining clean data.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with technical contacts, admins, integration contacts, and classroom users.
• Monitor account health using PowerBI, Amplitude, and Salesforce.
• Deliver customer training on product platforms, integrations, and privacy policies post-sale.
• Collaborate with Sales to align on customer outreach.
• Handle inquiries related to license access, expiry dates, and account changes.
• Create educational resources such as video tutorials and getting-started guides.
• Qualify renewal opportunities by tracking key dates and license usage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain documentation.
