Job summary

Vault Risk Management Services, LLC seeks an experienced risk specialist to perform field inspections, determine replacement costs, and advise on risk mitigation for high-net-worth homes and valuables. You will partner with underwriters, appraisers, and other teams to protect assets and reduce loss exposure.

The role requires strong communication, discretion, and a deep understanding of wind/CAT risks, with travel to various sites as needed. Remote with travel, Dallas-area preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in high net worth risk services.
• Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and assets.
• Familiarity with wind & CAT mitigation strategies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Discretion with sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Perform field inspections and appraisals to determine replacement cost and risks.
• Identify collections or valuables and discuss findings with underwriters.
• Advise homeowners on risk hardening measures and safety improvements.
• Collaborate with appraisal partners and underwriting.
• Maintain current knowledge of pricing, trends and regulatory changes.
• Travel as needed and support other territories when required.
