Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or agency management within P&C insurance, preferably high-net-worth.
• Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products and distribution channels.
• Proven ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with independent agents and brokers.
• Self-starter with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory business plan to drive top line growth and retention with existing partners and new agency appointments.
• Travel extensively throughout Texas to meet with agents, deliver training, marketing support, and relationship management.
• Identify high-potential agencies and onboard them through a consultative sales approach.
• Collaborate with underwriting, marketing, and service teams to ensure seamless agent and client experience.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and agency performance to inform strategic decisions.
• Represent Vault at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
