Job summary

Sanofi is seeking an Area Business Manager for Hematology/Oncology. The role focuses on achieving sales objectives within a defined territory, utilizing territory planning and cross-functional collaboration to promote the oncology portfolio.

This remote US position covers Seattle, WA geography and requires strong strategic thinking, relationship-building and effective communication with Hematologists, Oncologists, and other key customers.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree from an accredited school required. Focus in business or life science preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical sales experience OR one year previous Sanofi Oncology/Transplant sales experience OR healthcare related experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement territory business plans aligned with marketing strategies.
• Leverage resources to engage Hematologists, Oncologists and other key customers.
• Become a product, disease state and marketplace expert to promote appropriate use of the oncology portfolio.
• Collaborate with field partners to ensure strategy pull-through from IDNs, reimbursement, accounts and other ABMs.
• Complete call reporting, business plan updates and expense reports in compliance with guidelines.
• Practice effective account targeting and time management.
• Attend trainings, conventions and symposia as required.
• Maintain safety by completing fleet safety training and keeping a good driving record.
