Qualifikationen

• B.A. / B.S. degree required.
• At least 5 years of pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device or life science sales experience.
• Must reside within or in close proximity to the assigned territory.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel on the job (up to 50%).

Aufgaben

• Own sales execution for the hematology/oncology customer segment within the assigned territory, with responsibility for AYVAKIT and WAYRILZ performance across prioritized specialists and accounts.
• Identify and engage hematologist/oncologists, and broader care team members that are key decision makers for providing treatment and conduct customer meetings within assigned territory using approved resources and messaging.
• Build relationships and manage accounts by engaging physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing, pharmacy and practice leadership.
• Apply deep therapeutic, product, and healthcare market expertise to drive compliant customer engagement, business planning, and actionable field insights.
• Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve performance objectives.
• Lead market development within the territory by increasing disease awareness, supporting appropriate patient identification and referral, and addressing HCP educational gaps across SM and ITP patient journeys.
• Conduct formal and informal presentations and convey complex clinical information fluently to physicians in large academic centers and hospitals or large group practices.
