Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Rare Hematology Area Business Manager - Allergy/Immunology (Remote US preferred, with regional travel). You will contribute to AYVAKIT growth, expand the systemic mastocytosis market, and drive market development in allergy/immunology within the territory.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, evidence-based customer engagement, identify opportunities, and build strategy to improve patient access and outcomes across the region.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of biotech/pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Must reside within or near assigned territory.
• Must have a valid driver's license and travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Own sales execution for allergy/immunology in the assigned territory, including AYVAKIT performance.
• Identify and engage allergists, immunologists and care team members for treatment discussions.
• Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve performance objectives.
• Engage with inter-disciplinary teams to address patient journeys and education.
• Represent Sanofi at hematology/oncology congresses and local professional meetings.
