Job summary

Advanced Recovery Systems seeks a Helpdesk Support Specialist to provide Tier 1 IT support across facilities and corporate offices nationwide. The role emphasizes PHI protection, HIPAA policy adherence, and prompt issue resolution for EHR applications.

You will assist with Windows workstations, Microsoft 365, Intune deployments, and device provisioning, while maintaining accurate ticket documentation and knowledge base content.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Windows 10/11 troubleshooting and support.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Fundamentals of AD user/group administration and basic networking.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first contact for technical support via portal, phone, email, Teams, and walk-ins.
• Log, prioritize, and manage Help Desk tickets to targets; keep users updated.
• Diagnose and resolve Tier 1 issues with hardware, printers, and peripheral devices.
