Job summary

Klinedinst in Irvine, CA is seeking a motivated Help Desk Technician to support our users across on-prem and hybrid networks. You will handle hardware maintenance, software provisioning, Citrix access, and remote troubleshooting in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Proactive Help Desk support skills
• Experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments
• Familiarity with Citrix applications (RDS, ShareFile)
• Remote troubleshooting experience
• Strong communication and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Maintain computer hardware for on-prem and hybrid users
• Respond to user questions about network access and software operation
• Assist users with Citrix access and applications
• Maintain backups and security rights for files
• Install and update software as needed
• Manage user accounts, email distribution, and security groups
• Update OS across desktops/laptops using deployment tools
• Perform remote troubleshooting with Labtech and other tools
• Setup/teardown Audio/Video equipment for meetings
• Ensure regular office attendance for first 180 days
