CloudScale365, Inc. is seeking a motivated Help Desk Technician to support our healthcare client in a primarily remote role with occasional on-site work in Flemington, NJ. Shift is Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM to 6 PM, with possible weekend coverage.

You will be the first point of contact for users, handle calls, create and route tickets, and resolve technical issues. Strong AD skills, Google Workspace familiarity, and excellent communication are essential for success in this role.

Competenze

• Experience as a Help Desk Technician or Support Analyst.
• Strong understanding of modern software, systems, and IT technologies.
• Active Directory experience (account management, password resets, profiles).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — able to assist users calmly and effectively.
• Organized, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight hours.
• Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation (if on-site presence is required).
• Healthcare IT experience preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace (G Suite) is a plus.

Mansioni

• Provide technical assistance for network, hardware, and software issues.
• Answer help desk calls, create tickets, and determine appropriate routing or resolution.
• Support users via phone, electronically, or in person as needed.
• Perform Active Directory administration including credential creation, password resets, and user profile troubleshooting.
• Document issues, steps taken, and resolutions clearly and accurately.
• Collaborate with on-call technical teams when escalation is necessary.
• Maintain strong communication and professionalism during all user interactions.
