Job summary

Netfor, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Customer Support Associate to handle inbound calls and assist customers with basic technical issues. Training is provided, no advanced technical expertise required, and the role is 100% remote with a structured, process-driven environment.

You must reside in an eligible U.S. state; the position offers 32–40 hours per week on 1st or 2nd shift, paid at $16.00 per hour, with benefits including PTO, 401(k), and health, dental, and vision insurance.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Typing at least 35 words per minute.
• Comfortable multitasking (talking, typing, navigating systems).
• Reliable, punctual, professional under pressure.
• Basic familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office 365.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows, printers, or networking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and provide timely, accurate assistance.
• Use knowledge base articles to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues (e.g., POS systems, hardware, software).
• Follow step-by-step processes to guide customers or escalate issues to clients.
• Document customer interactions clearly and professionally.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to earn positive feedback.
