Job summary

Cambia Health is seeking a HEDIS Medical Record Analyst for a 4–5 month temporary assignment in Idaho. The role focuses on retrieving and abstracting medical records for HEDIS reporting, with emphasis on EMR/EHR navigation and accurate data documentation. Base pay is $41.00–$48.00 per hour, DOE, non-benefited.

Candidates will collect, review, and log records, coordinate with provider offices, and ensure compliant documentation while supporting Quality Improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing or related field with 3 years of clinical/records experience.
• Strong medical terminology, EMR/EHR navigation, and documentation skills.
• Experience with HEDIS and quality projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve, abstract, or over-read medical records for HEDIS data elements.
• Collect records from EMR/EHR systems and log receipt of documents.
• Abstract data into HEDIS databases to support reporting.
• Communicate effectively with provider offices and team members.
• Document findings and progress for each EMR accessed.
