Job summary
Cambia Health Solutions, Inc. seeks a HEDIS Medical Record Analyst (Temporary) to retrieve, abstract, and over-read medical records for HEDIS reporting. The assignment runs 4–5 months starting January 4, with a base pay of $41.00-$48.00 per hour DOE.
Roles may be performed in Portland, OR; Renton, WA; Medford, OR; Lewiston, ID; Boise, ID; and other locations; remote options available. The ideal candidate has an Associate degree in nursing or related field, 3 years of clinical experience,
Qualifications
- Associate degree in nursing or related field.
- 15+?
- 3 years of clinical experience with medical records.
- Experience with EMR/EHR systems.
- Knowledge of HIPAA.
- Experience with HEDIS and medical record retrieval/abstraction.
- Preferred RN/CPC/CCS certifications.
Responsibilities
- Collect medical records from EMR/EHR systems and prepare for abstraction.
- Abstract and/or over-read clinical data for HEDIS reporting.
- Document retrieval progress and findings.
- Communicate with provider offices.
- Log receipt of records and coordinate follow-up.
- Assist in QA and training as needed.
