Job summary

JCB North America is seeking a strategic leader to expand its dealer network across Agriculture and Construction Equipment markets. You will recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing dealers, aligning regional plans with corporate strategy.

The role requires data-driven market analysis, strong dealer relationships, and the ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned region. A Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in dealer development or sales are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in dealer development, sales, or distribution within heavy equipment, agriculture, or similar industries.
• Demonstrated experience working with or supporting dealer networks (AG or Construction).
• Basic understanding of dealer financials (P&L, absorption rates, inventory turns).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage dealer personnel at multiple levels.
• Willingness and ability to travel 50% within assigned region.
• Must pass any drug screens, background checks, and any pre-employment tests, as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Identify market gaps using data analytics and develop regional dealer growth plans.
• Recruit, evaluate, and appoint new dealer partners in underserved or high-growth territories.
• Oversee end-to-end onboarding of new dealers and ensure alignment with JCB standards.
• Drive dealer performance improvements using KPIs like sales, market share, and customer support.
• Collaborate with regional and cross-functional teams to support dealer success.
