Job summary

Work Truck Solutions is seeking an Implementation Specialist, Heavy Duty Automotive to lead on-time Arcadium deployments for newly signed dealers and roll out new functionality to existing customers. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, train dealership staff, and ensure value from day one.

The role requires strong project management, consultative training skills, and up to 25% travel for on-site implementations and events in the heavy-duty truck market.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software implementation, onboarding, or customer success in heavy-duty tech
• Proven ability to manage multiple implementations, timelines, and stakeholders
• Experience translating dealership workflows into software configurations and workflows

Responsibilities

• Lead structured needs assessments with dealers to document workflows and goals
• Configure Arcadium platform: users, roles, rooftops, departments, templates, data imports
• Own implementation from kickoff to go-live with plans, milestones, and risks
• Deliver remote and on-site role-based training to dealership teams
• Plan and implement new features for existing customers to drive adoption
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to support implementations and hand off to Account Management
• Identify process bottlenecks and recommend product and process improvements
• Travel up to 25% for on-site dealer work and training
• Maintain implementation status and feedback in CRM; contribute to playbooks and templates
• Develop deep Arcadium platform expertise and share insights internally
