Job summary

Work Truck Solutions is seeking an Implementation Specialist, Heavy Duty Automotive to lead Arcadium deployments for new dealer signings and rollouts for existing customers. Remote-friendly with some travel.

You will coordinate across Support, Development, Product, Sales, and Account Management to keep implementations on track, train users, and drive adoption in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Strong project management, consultative skills, and knowledge of heavy-duty dealership

Qualifications

3+ years in software implementation, onboarding, or customer success in heavy‑duty tech.
Proven ability to manage multiple implementations and stakeholder priorities.
Experience with CRM, DMS, or enterprise dealer software in heavy‑duty market.

Responsibilities

Lead structured needs assessments with dealership leaders to document workflows and goals.
Translate assessments into a configuration plan and set up the Arcadium platform.
Own each implementation from kickoff through go-live with milestones and risks.
Deliver role-based training remotely and on-site to drive adoption.
Plan and implement new products and expanded use for existing customers.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery.
Identify bottlenecks and recommend process and product improvements.
Travel up to 25% for on-site dealer activities.
Maintain accurate implementation status and contribute to playbooks.
Develop deep Arcadium platform expertise and share insights.
