Entrega is seeking an Automotive Retail Implementation Advisor to tailor OEM software solutions for dealer environments. You will design communication plans, manage timelines, and ensure software utilization post-launch from the Troy, Michigan headquarters with occasional travel.

The role emphasizes client engagement, technical solutions management, and cross‑functional collaboration with OEM stakeholders and internal teams to drive adoption and performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of work experience in sales, account management, project management, technology solutions management, or a related client‑facing role.
• Automotive retail experience preferred.
• Proven ability to communicate with clients and internal teams under pressure and deadlines.
• Strong analytical, organizational and time‑management skills.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement with Automotive Retail Dealers and OEM stakeholders.
• Implementation Management: create and manage tailor-made implementation plans, track milestones and escalate blockers.
• Technical Solutions Management: own software configurations and provide advanced guidance to dealers.
• Software Utilization and Performance: analyze usage data and drive adoption improvements.
• Project Delivery Support: collect and synthesize data across dealers to inform progress toward goals.
• Additional Responsibilities: perform tasks to support the organization’s success.
