Job summary

Work Truck Solutions is seeking an Implementation Specialist, Heavy Duty Automotive to lead Arcadium deployments for new heavy-duty truck, trailer, equipment, and bus dealers. This remote role supports on-site as needed across the U.S. with up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in software implementation, onboarding, customer success, or account management in heavy-duty tech.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with timelines and stakeholders.
• Experience in heavy-duty sales operations or dealer software implementations (CRM, DMS).
• Familiarity with dealership processes for leads, CRM, and post-sale follow-up.
• Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured needs assessments with dealership leaders to document workflows and goals.
• Configure Arcadium platform: users, roles, rooftops, workflows, templates, data imports.
• Own implementation project plans, milestones, risks, and stakeholder updates.
• Deliver remote and on-site training to dealership teams on best practices.
• Plan and implement new features for existing customers to drive adoption.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality implementations.
• Travel up to 25% for on-site dealer activities.
• Maintain accurate implementation status and playbooks.
