Job summary

Entrega seeks an Automotive Retail Implementation Advisor to create customized deployment plans for dealer customers, coordinating with the OEM and Entrega Digital Retail Manager to maximize software utilization after launch.

You will manage timelines, deliver tailored technical solutions, and train dealers to improve engagement and performance, while communicating with urgency, empathy and value to stakeholders across the ecosystem.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 4 years work experience in sales, account management, project management, technology solutions management, or related client-focused role; or 1+ years in current internal Automotive Retail role.
Minimum 1 year automotive retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Engage automotive retail dealers and OEM stakeholders to customize OEM software.
Develop communication plans between the Dealer and Entrega Digital Retail Manager, and OEM stakeholders.
Manage implementation timelines and milestones; escalate blockers to success.
Address dealer questions with advanced product knowledge and root-cause analysis.
Analyze software performance data to improve utilization and dealer experience.
Travel up to 25% as needed to support dealer satisfaction.
