The role focuses on driving excellence through team development and strategic delivery for Fortune 500‑level clients.

You will manage cross-functional work, mentor high‑performers, and provide thoughtful recommendations to improve client value and outcomes for the OEM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years in dealership sales or automotive digital supplier.
• 5+ years people management experience.
• Knowledge from major automotive retail vendor or OEM.
• Strong understanding of dealership business model.
• Experience with SaaS or technology implementation processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team delivering customized OEM technology solutions to dealers.
• Manage dealer operations and ensure high-quality client outcomes.
• Provide strategic recommendations to enhance value delivered to the OEM.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align on priorities and resources.
