Job summary

Rx Redefined, Inc. is hiring a Territory Manager to drive rapid sales growth across a focused regional territory. You will own the top and middle of the funnel— sourcing prospects, scheduling meetings, and delivering core demos to practice administrators and physicians.

Work closely with the VP of Growth on late-stage negotiations and redlines; travel domestically up to 50% and maintain accurate CRM records. This role offers a fast-paced, high-impact environment in HealthTech with remote options.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of direct outbound sales or AE experience.
• High-velocity cold prospecting and converting leads.
• Experience engaging practice managers, admins, and physicians.
• Collaborating with senior leadership on late-stage deals.
• Strong CRM hygiene and accurate activity logging.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-velocity prospecting to identify opportunities in territory.
• Conduct solution demos for staff and physicians to present value.
• Partner with VP of Growth on late-stage negotiations and redlines.
• Self-manage travel and schedule to secure qualified meetings.
• Rigorously track deal stages and pipeline metrics.
