Clover Health is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for our technology teams. You will partner with hiring managers to define roles, craft job descriptions, and develop interview plans and sourcing strategies, while tracking and communicating recruiting metrics. Experience with AI tools and a strong grasp of the U.S.

Description:

• Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned technology teams.
• Partner with hiring managers to define roles, create job descriptions, and develop interview plans and sourcing strategies.
• Track, analyze, and communicate recruiting pipeline and performance data.

• Pitch Clover, Counterpart Health, and hiring teams to prospective candidates.
• Leverage AI and automation to improve recruiting searches and processes.
• Identify recruiting challenges, recommend solutions, and influence hiring decisions.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of technical recruiting experience, including at least 1 year of in-house recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for diverse technical skill sets; HealthTech experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the U.S. HealthTech talent market.
• Demonstrated success sourcing, assessing, and pitching candidates with niche skill sets.
• Experience using Greenhouse, GEM, LinkedIn, and AI recruiting tools.
• Ability to use candidate, pipeline, and market data to influence hiring decisions.
• Strong accountability, ownership, organization, and process-management skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and influence candidates and hiring teams.
