Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for People Operations & Corporate roles across levels from intake through offer.
• Build target company lists and market maps for priority searches.
• Research target org culture and structure and document findings for more efficient searches.
• Identify top candidates inside and outside the job market through active outreach.
• Represent Clover and its mission with clarity and confidence to candidates.
• Run leadership searches with careful strategy, discretion, and rigor.
• Apply AI tools across sourcing, research, outreach, and pipeline management.
• Collaborate with the Chief People Officer and Head of Recruiting on calibration and slate quality.
• Keep hiring managers updated on market conditions, candidate sentiment, and pipeline health.
