Job summary

Clover Health is seeking a Contract Senior Recruiter in the United States to lead full-cycle searches across People Operations and Corporate roles for a six‑month engagement. You will own searches from individual contributors to VP level and build market intelligence to accelerate hiring.

You will work remotely, report to the Head of Corporate and Technical Recruiting, and collaborate with the CPO and Head of Talent to raise the bar for each slate.

Qualifications

• Proven success filling leadership-level roles (directors, heads).
• Ability to map markets, build target company lists and market maps.
• Experience identifying passive candidates and proactively reaching them.
• Storytelling to sell Clover Health and its mission to senior candidates.

Responsibilities

• Own searches from ICs through director and VP levels and document insights.
• Lead leadership searches with retained-search discipline and confidentiality.
• Direct AI tools across sourcing, research, outreach, and pipeline management.
• Partner with CPO and Head of Recruiting on calibration and slate quality.
• Keep hiring managers updated on market conditions and pipeline health.
