Qualifications

• 3 years project management experience.
• identifies/addresses ambiguity in projects.
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• experience managing project plans, schedules, tests, resources, and budgets.
• knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• proven track record delivering objectives.
• ability to present project information clearly and persuasively.
• excellent facilitation skills to drive issues to resolution.

Responsibilities

• Deliver moderately complex project plans and manage scope, schedule, quality, and risks.
• provide project communications and milestone tracking for sponsors.
• align cross-organizational resources to meet tasks on time.
• develop comprehensive project plans with milestones, budgets, and timelines.
• maintain project metrics and stakeholder communications throughout lifecycle.
• conduct regular post-implementation reviews and present project metrics.
• identify interdependencies and ensure proper integration into plans.
• manage client expectations and resource requirements for success.
