Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Project Associate, Healthcare Transformation in the United States. You will support healthcare transformation initiatives to improve quality, access, affordability, and program integrity, leading a small team to review potential improper payments related to APTC on state exchanges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 2+ years in project coordination, healthcare programs, research, or related work.
• Experience with CMS is a plus but not required.
• Knowledge of health insurance exchanges and healthcare program processes preferred but not required.
• Ability to translate requirements into practical actions across multiple activities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage competing priorities.
• Proficiency with Airtable or similar tools is strongly preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling project information.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to identify issues and develop solutions.

Responsibilities

• Review data to evaluate eligibility for APTC on state-based exchanges and support program integrity activities.
• Identify potential APTC improper payments and document findings.
• Lead execution of project activities across a small team for consistent delivery.
• Perform quality reviews of team outputs to ensure accuracy.
• Present findings and updates to leadership in a clear, actionable manner.
• Support annual program updates with health policy analysis and practical recommendations.
• Manage project information and workflows using Airtable.
• Serve as a central contact to support team resources and information.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation.
• Coordinate activities to meet deliverables on schedule.
• Prepare and distribute project documents and reports with high accuracy.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and identify issues affecting progress.
