Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Social Science or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or administrative support.
• Experience communicating with clients or stakeholders in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage client service projects, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and tracking timelines.
• Coordinate schedules and deliverables for internal and external client meetings and tasks.
• Communicate with clients to provide updates, gather information, and respond to inquiries professionally.
• Support the development and distribution of project reports, presentations, and other deliverables.
• Maintain and update project documentation, databases, and client records.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
• Assist in developing and refining client service processes and procedures.
• Provide administrative support, including data entry, document formatting, filing, and version control.
• Monitor project progress and gather client feedback to inform improvements.
