Responsibilities

• Lead large scale, cross-functional projects for implementation or process improvement.
• Oversee program planning, schedule, and budget with deliverables and standards.
• Coordinate one or more project managers/business analysts across Operations, Finance, Benefit Operations, etc.
• Create executive dashboards and reports for ongoing analytics post-implementation.
• Deliver training materials and best practices to indirect reports and peers.
