Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of Program or Project Management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams on large-scale projects.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and project management tools.
• Healthcare experience or managed care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead large scale cross-functional projects for implementation or process improvement, coordinating with organizational leaders for restructuring and realignment of team members.
• Oversee all aspects of program planning, management, and execution (scope, schedule, and budget). Create comprehensive timelines and ensure deliverables.
• Drive large scale projects by coordinating the work of one or more project managers/business analysts across teams.
• Create meaningful dashboards for executive level updates and project status; generate reports for analytics post-implementation.
• Prepare and deliver documents for Program Steering Committees to the Executive team; assess risks and escalate as needed.
• Proactively manage risks, budget/forecast, dependencies; perform strategic analysis of opportunities.
• Serve as escalation point for project issues and risks and communicate solutions to leadership.
